Silver-coated Copper Powders

Booster materials developed and commercialized Silver coated Copper Powders using highly-engineered, original and robust coating processes. In many cases Silver coated Copper materials can effectively substitute pure Silver powders at lower purchase cost.

In turn, such powders are used as fillers in:

- epoxy and silicone compounds, 

- in rubbers, 

- other chemo and thermoplastics.

The addition of the powders gives the composite materials and products made from them electrically conductive and radio shielding.

Types and characteristics of silver plated copper powders

The base (core) of each particle consists of high purity anodic copper (99.99%), which is covered with a thin layer (shell) of refined silver (99.9+%),
